CASL Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that, in connection with providing you with access and use of the Epilogue website, application, and products and services (the “Platform”) as well as third party services and for promotional purposes, Epilogue may, or may be required to, send you commercial electronic messages “CEMs” (as defined in An Act to promote the efficiency and adaptability of the Canadian economy by regulating certain activities that discourage reliance on electronic means of carrying out commercial activities, and to amend the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, the Competition Act, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and the Telecommunications Act (Canada) (“CASL”)). Message and data rates may apply with respect to CEMs. If you change your mobile phone service provider, you might have to re-enroll with Epilogue in order to receive future CEMs. Epilogue reserves the right to stop sending CEMs at any time.

BY MARKING THE CHECKBOX OR BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM (OR ANY PORTION THEREOF), YOU PROVIDE EPILOGUE WITH YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT TO SEND CEMS TO YOU.

You may withdraw such consent at any time by providing Epilogue with written notice of such withdrawal. You may at any time opt-out or unsubscribe from CEMs by replying to any CEM from Epilogue with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” or click on the “unsubscribe” link and follow the prompts and instructions, which opt-out will become effective within seven (7) days. You acknowledge and agree that, if you opt out of or unsubscribe from receiving CEMs: (a) it may prevent you from receiving information necessary to properly access and use the Platform; and (b) Epilogue may still send you and your Representatives CEMs, provided that such CEMs are sent in accordance with CASL.
